Dhaka delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka usually takes 3–7 working days depending on courier coverage.

Payment

Pay securely by bKash, Nagad, debit/credit card, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery where available.

Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items with tags and packaging.

Returns, exchange, and refunds

Explain which items can be returned or exchanged, the time limit, original tag/package requirements, courier cost, refund method, and final-sale products.

  • Unused item with tags and original packaging required.
  • Exchange request should be sent within your chosen time limit.
  • Customized, damaged-by-customer, washed, or final-sale products may not be eligible.
